What dates are available?

What are your Office Hours?

 

9:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday

 

Someone will be available to answer or return your calls during this time frame. If no one is available, please leave a message on our voicemail. We will graciously return your call.

 

What are the Groff Event Center hours that can be rented?

 

6:00 am – 12:00 midnight Monday to Sunday. Anything after 12am, we charge overtime. You can rent the event space up to 3am. 

 

What’s the maximum number of guests?

 

Groff Event Center can accommodate up to 200 guests seated and 300+ standing. 

 

Do you offer All-Inclusive Packages?

 

Yes, Groff Event Center in partnership with local vendors to help take the load off your hands. We will handle all the little details; all you do is show up. Contact us for more information.

 

How many hours does the rental fee reserve the space? Are there any overtime charges? When do they begin?

 

You will have use of the facility for the permitted hours based on your paid rental hours. This includes one hour for set up and clean up. The rental time is yours to divide however you would like. There will be additional overtime charges. The overtime charges will be based on the type and size of the event. Please include a time within your rental period.

 

Cancellations


If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available but will be charged a 25% fee to do so. Groff Event Center understands when dealing with unforeseen circumstances, and we will use the best judgment to handle each case.

 

Is there internet or Wi-Fi provided on-site?


Yes, the event space provide WI-FI- for our clients and their guests. The password will be given before the event.

 

Is Groff Event Center wheelchair accessible? How close is the parking to the venue?

 

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. Groff Event Center has its parking lot right next to the venue.

 

Can I choose my caterer?

 

At Groff Event Center, we passionately believe in giving you the freedom to select all of your catering if that is convenient for you.

 

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

 

Yes, you can provide alcohol for your guests but all alcohol must be served by a Ram certified bartender. A certified copy of the bartending license must be turned in 30 days before the event date.

 

Are there adequate catering prep space?

 

Yes, the event space have a prep kitchen area for your caterer.

 

How do I reserve Groff Event Center for my event?

 

To secure your date a 15% non-refundable deposit is required, plus your security deposit, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is required 30 days before your event.

 

How do I schedule a site visit?

Do you allow smoking?

 

There is a strict no-smoking policy inside Groff Event Center. There will be a designated smoking area outside of the venue. Violation of this rule will terminate your deposit.

 

Are there limitations on decorations?

 

The only limitation on decorating is nothing permanent. You are welcome to decorate the event venue to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed without any harm to our space—no nails, staples, tape, glitter, or glue.

 

Are candles or other open flames allowed?
 

Candles are welcome at Groff Event Center, but they must be in protective glass, such as a votive. Open flames are strictly prohibited.

 

Does Groff Event Center provide security, and if so, how many guards?

 

Groff Event Center does not provide security. However, if security is needed, we will provide a suitable vendor.

 

Can we cook on-site?

 

No, we do not allow on-site cooking. All food needs to arrive fully cooked and ready to serve.
